Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 24-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with every 3rd weekend and every other holiday. You will provide evidence-based nursing care under Nursing Leadership, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet complex patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Under Nursing Leadership, develop a care plan for complex patient populations.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Meet physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
