Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a registered nurse to join our nursing team in Hartford, CT. The night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) is scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday.

You will deliver direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to respond quickly to changes in a patient’s condition. Applicants must hold CT RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and demonstrate strong communication and computer

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with CT licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required or obtained within orientation period.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate changes in patient condition quickly and accurately.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
