Job summary

Sanford Health in Minnesota seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care to residents in a senior care setting, with a night shift schedule and a 36-hour work week.

You will collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, while maintaining safety and quality across nursing practice. An active RN license is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred and potential charge nurse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure if in a NCLEXCompact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, reliable patient care.
