Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families. The RN will supervise assigned staff and report to the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.

At Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in New Hampshire, the anticipated hourly range is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr, with final compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BLS & ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Current clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families and friends.
• Supervise assigned nursing staff and ensure quality care.
