Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families on a 12/36 shift pattern with a 7:00 PM start and 7:30 AM end times. The role requires CA RN licensure and BLS certification, with union-informed hourly pay scales reflecting experience.

Weekend requirements are every other, on-call not required, and compensation is defined within the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

Graduate of nursing school.
1 year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete new grad requirements).
California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED.
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

To provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.
Plan patient care with timely communication and collaboration with physicians and support staff.
Document care, assess patient needs, and adjust plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
