Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in a 12/36 shift pattern, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM in San Diego, CA. Compensation is hourly and determined by a union-negotiated pay scale.

Requirements include graduation from nursing school, CA RN license, and AHA BLS certification, with at least 1 year of clinical experience. Weekend work is required every other weekend; on-call is not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 year of clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months may be considered as new grads).
• California Registered Nurse license (CA Board of Registered Nursing) REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and ensure timely communication.
