Job summary

Select Staffing in Salt Lake City is seeking a Night Shift Refrigeration Technician for a food production facility that makes frozen pastries. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain ammonia/CO₂ refrigeration systems and related mechanical equipment in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial ammonia refrigeration experience is required.
• Experience operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mixers, pumps, motors, conveyors, dough-forming equipment, proofing machines, and packaging lines.
• Repair refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, and temperature controls for freezers and coolers.
