Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Referral Testing Supervisor in Miramar, FL, Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will oversee daily operations of the Referral Testing Department, ensure compliance with SOPs, QA/QC and regulatory requirements, and lead staff to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 10 years laboratory experience or four year BS with 1 year laboratory experience or degree in Medical Technology.
• Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must know and understand all functions of the Referral Testing Department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Referral Testing Department.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, QA and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise staffing, scheduling, and time/attendance; prepare month-end reports.
• Monitor quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
