Job summary

Courier Connection Inc. is seeking a reefer box truck driver for a Sunday-Wednesday 1am-11am shift in Atlanta. You will deliver to customer locations on assigned routes, build positive relationships, and ensure quality from origin to destination. Experience with refrigerated reefer units is required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with DOT physical card and clean driving record.
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Ability to operate basic computer/software with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
• Maintain daily electronic driving logs.
• Maintain accurate refrigerated temperature controls.
• Drive to destinations as outlined in the manifest, safely and in compliance with laws.
• Notify Customer Service of route changes, delays, and undelivered orders.
• Check-in with customers at each account and represent Courier Connection.
• Unload and deliver products to assigned areas as directed.
• Submit customer paperwork to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
