Job summary

Telecare Kern Adult Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is seeking a Recovery Specialist II to provide care that responds to physical and psychological needs per individual service plans and Medicaid standards. The role is full-time on the NOC shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with wage range $23.00–$23.71, and geographic differentials apply.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED (or BA/BS with 1 year in mental health), CNA certification, CPR/First Aid/CPI certification, and a valid driver

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 2 years in a psychiatric setting or BA/BS with 1 year in mental health.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and mental/physical health terminologies.
• CNA or equivalent certification acceptable documentation of nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Respond to physical and psychological needs of members served.
• Coordinate care with team to support recovery goals.
