Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Recovery Specialist II for the NOC shift in San Leandro, California. This role provides care that addresses the physical and psychological needs of our members, following individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

The position offers weekend short-hour shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a starting wage around $23.00–$23.71 per hour, and geographic pay differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years in a psychiatric mental health setting or a BA/BS with 1 year in mental health
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and mental health terminologies
• CNA certification acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
• Proficient understanding of client advocacy and client rights as defined in Title 17 and Title 9
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required by start date
• Post-offer physicals, TB test, background checks, and license verification may apply

Responsibilities

• Provide care addressing physical and psychological needs per individual service plans and Medicaid standards
• Deliver direct and indirect services according to service plans
• Support clients on the NOC shift with weekend hours (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
