Telecare Corporation seeks a Recovery Specialist II to deliver compassionate care aligning with individual service plans. You will respond to physical and psychological needs, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality services in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or BA/BS with MH experience, CNA certification, CPR/First Aid/CPI, and knowledge of client advocacy and health terminology.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or BA/BS with MH experience.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and health terminologies.
• CNA certification or equivalent accepted.
• Understanding of client rights per relevant regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and CPR/First Aid/CPI certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect care per individual service plans.
• Respond to physical and psychological needs of members.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid standards and regulations.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with care team.
