Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our community. This full-time role covers a Sunday-Wednesday night shift (10 PM–6 AM), greeting visitors, screening sign-ins, and routing calls, while supporting residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and sign-in visitors at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and route as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general office needs such as postage, copies, faxes, notary, etc.
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
