Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a Material Handler in our South Windsor, CT location. The role involves physical and administrative tasks to store and distribute materials, ensuring security and timely transport to production to support operational efficiency and client SLAs.

Reports to a supervisor. Responsibilities include locating, pulling, delivering and returning materials, operating powered equipment, performing inventory/cycle counts, and handling shipping/receiving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year relevant experience
• Previous experience operating powered industrial truck preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate transaction flow throughout the materials delivery process by locating, pulling, preparing, delivering and returning materials.
• Safely operates various types of powered industrial equipment.
• Accurately perform inventory and cycle counts and perform various data entry using RF equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, perform shipping and receiving functions as necessary, and locate and retrieve product from open heights up to approximately 30 feet.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of materials and supplies on production equipment.
• Ensure appropriate housekeeping, safety and security standards are met
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
