Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads work orders or verbal instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Prepares and documents receiving information in ERP/ERP-like system.
• Performs warehouse inventory and maintains safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders or follows verbal instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved.
• Loads and unloads product onto pallets and loads into trailers.
• Enters receiving information into the ERP system per SOPs.
• Counts and records units moved, notes dates and codes.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and maintains clean work areas.
