Job summary

Sun Orchard is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift to safely move raw ingredients and finished products. You will maintain accurate inventory records, operate equipment responsibly, and follow GMP/SOP standards.

Responsibilities include pulling materials using FIFO, staging shipments, and assisting with general warehouse tasks. High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified or qualified to operate forklift.
• Able to read basic instructions and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Demonstrates safe and efficient handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and move materials safely.
• Maintain clean and organized shipping/staging areas.
• Use FIFO to pull product and raw materials.
• Record movements in the system and acknowledge receipts/shipments.
• Stack finished goods on pallets and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Track inventory in WMS and organize into coolers/freezers as needed.
• Support other plant operations and comply with GMPs/SOPs.
