Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Inc. in Massillon, OH, is seeking a Green Night Raw Materials Receiver to manage receiving, inspecting, storing, rotating, counting and staging of all incoming materials for the production line.

The role runs 7 PM to 7 AM and offers $22.00 hourly + $3.00 differential. The successful candidate will maintain a clean work area, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required with forklift, loading/unloading
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Basic math for run rate calculations and unit conversions
• Safety-minded and able to follow standard work instructions

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, rotate, count and stage incoming materials
• Maintain clean work area and follow food manufacturing standards
• Supply materials to production and move pallets as needed
• Assist with inventory and operate within the warehouse team
• Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team
