Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Material Handler in Lima, OH. You will safely operate a forklift, move materials, and ensure packaging and shipping readiness. The role features a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and offers competitive pay with a night shift premium and benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, climb and bend for a 12-hour shift; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods.
• Supply production with packaging materials and maintain flow.
• Label, photograph/ticket, and document finished products.
• Load raw materials into production as needed and prepare for shipment.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and complete daily inspections.
