Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform standard radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, ensure proper patient positioning, and operate imaging equipment in a clinical setting.

You will maintain detailed records, participate in QA/QC activities, assist physicians, contribute to student training, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology and follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Ability to position patients and adjust exposure techniques.
• Experience with fluoroscopic examinations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological and fluoroscopic exams using proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
• Operate all equipment within the modality proficiently.
• Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective devices.
• Analyze patient characteristics such as body size, age, and suspected pathology to ensure accurate examinations.
• Assist physicians with various procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
• Contribute to the educational training of students.
