Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions client is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Night Shift to oversee nightly QA activities, ensure ISO, HARA, and BRCGS compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role includes leading audits, handling non-conformities, and coordinating with production and other departments.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or technical certification, strong data analysis skills, and experience with SPC, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or relevant experience.
• Experience in leading quality activities and programs.
• Familiarity with ISO, BRCGS, and HARA principles.
• Strong data analysis and KPI reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly quality assurance activities and ensure ISO, BRCGS compliance.
• Review non-conforming data and drive corrective actions; communicate to production.
• Lead the HFI process and manage NCR records, disposition, and audits.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer claims and defects.
• Maintain quality documentation and training materials; ensure record retention compliance.
• Provide training and maintain records for Quality Technicians and Operators.
• Maintain proficiency in all quality testing.
• Support ISO and BRCGS initiatives through procedures and audits.
• Develop responses to audit findings and implement corrections.
• Establish 5S and high housekeeping standards.
• Lead Quality Technicians and/or MLT Operators, including scheduling and documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed.
