Job summary

Plastic Products Co in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Night Shift Quality Tech Trainee for the 10:30pm–7:00am shift. The role supports quality on the production floor, performs start-ups, and ensures parts meet specifications.

Responsibilities include documenting start-ups, acting as liaison, verifying revisions, labeling and updating docs, auditing quality paperwork, and assisting with receiving inspection. ISO-9001 knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the molding industry preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, layouts and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO-9001 is a plus.
• Support the production floor as needed.

Excellent Opportunity! Plastic Products is a 100% Employee Owned custom injection molder. We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for 3rd shift at our Phoenix, AZ facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Completes start-ups and documents part specification.
• Services as a liaison for production floor staff regarding acceptable parts.
• Verifies part revisions and correct materials.
• Creates labels and updates production documents.
• Audits paperwork for quality criteria.
• Completes receiving inspection and layouts.
• Previous experience in the molding industry preferred.
• Knowledge of blue print reading, layouts and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Support the production floor as needed.
• Knowledge of ISO-9001 preferred.
