Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the night shift to oversee nightly QA activities at the plant. The role ensures compliance with ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the primary environmental contact.

You will lead a team of Quality Technicians and MLT Operators, manage NCRs and audits, and support audits and training to maintain certification. Strong SPC, SAP, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead quality activities and teams.
• Experience with quality policies, systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of SPC.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience with BRCGS auditing procedures is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent people skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conforming data and drive corrective actions; inform production promptly.
• Review daily quality records; support process control parameters and defect catalog.
• Lead the HFI process; manage NCRs, disposition, rework and audits.
• Assist production and troubleshoot root causes for customer claims and defects.
• Maintain quality documentation and training materials for BRCGS and ISO compliance.
• Provide training and maintain records for Quality Technicians and Operators.
• Attain proficiency in all quality testing.
• Support ISO and BRCGS initiatives through procedures and audits.
• Address audit findings with corrective actions.
• Establish 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Lead Quality Technicians and MLT Operators including scheduling and admin duties.
