Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for Night Shift to oversee nightly QA activities, serve as the plant's environmental contact, and support ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data review, KPI reporting, and audits.

You will lead Quality Technicians and MLT Operators, drive corrective actions for non-conformances, and maintain documentation and training materials in alignment with GMPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification, or relevant experience.
• Experience leading quality activities and teams.
• Understanding of quality policies, systems, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly quality assurance activities and be the key environmental contact.
• Support ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements including audits.
• Analyze non-conforming data and drive corrective actions with production.
• Lead quality technicians and operators including scheduling and training.
• Maintain quality documentation and records per retention policies.
