Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to ensure the quality of goods produced in the factory. You will perform tests, supervise test equipment operation, label products, and prepare quality reports.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO and environmental, health and safety guidelines, with responsibilities spanning testing, labeling, documentation, and issue resolution to maintain product quality in a hot manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Proactive approach to quality issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ISO, HACCP/HA CCP standards.
• Familiar with measurement and test devices.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality tests in accordance with control plan and quality instructions.
• Supervising of correct operation of the test equipment.
• Labeling the product in accordance with instructions.
• Prepare quality reports.
• Performing activities related to labeling, re-check, rework for non-conforming product.
• Support Quality Controllers to identify and find solutions for quality related issues.
• Visual check of the product.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Ensure and monitor all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure, monitor, and comply with environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC GS procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.
• Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
