Job summary

Q LLC in Dover, NH is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for our week night shift to inspect high-precision components using CMMs and GD&T.

You will perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections, document results, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to meet Q's standards and customer requirements. The role requires standing for extended periods, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work Monday through Thursday on-site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CMM inspection experience on complex parts.
• Strong GD&T understanding and ASME Y14.5 knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Operate CMM equipment and document results.
• Set up measurement programs and ensure calibration.
• Apply GD&T to evaluate true position, profile, concentricity, runout.
• Prepare inspection reports and nonconformance documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support AS9100 activities as needed.
