Job summary

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for the night shift to inspect molded and purchased parts and ensure they meet engineering and quality standards. You will document findings, support warehouse operations, and participate in first article inspections (FAI).

You will also help maintain product integrity, communicate with teams, and support containment and nonconformance processes as needed to uphold quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variability.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, give and welcome feedback.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate well in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Pull inspection samples based on predetermined frequency.
• Visually examine inspection samples for physical concerns as per Standard Process Instructions.
• Document concerns in Quality Advisement system and notify relevant parties for timely action.
• Aid in running containment for quality concerns as needed.
• Use Nonconformance system to place suspect parts on hold until review for disposition.
