Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Quality Control Inspector I for the night shift to support auditing and monitoring of manufacturing quality. You will work with senior QC staff to test samples, report deviations, and help troubleshoot issues in battery production.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or higher, 1–2 years in QC/inspection, and familiarity with control charts, FTA, and FMEA. Strong reading, record-keeping, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years quality control/inspection experience.
• Familiar with quality tools: control charts, FTA, FMEA.
• Dexterity for repetitive hand motions; good record keeping.
• Able to read product data sheets and confirm specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and English language.

Responsibilities

• Support quality control systems in battery production.
• Inspect cells to verify specifications are met.
• Analyze data to check safety and performance across production.
• Collect data from manufacturing processes for analysis.
• Assist with defect reduction to improve battery quality.
• Support audits and deviations reporting with QA.
