Job summary

CSG Systems in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Quality Control Auditor for the night shift. You will audit business and technical processes, document findings, and present results to stakeholders while collaborating across departments to improve quality and control measures.

The role requires explicit night hours (7:00 PM–3:00 AM), strong Excel and Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed. Prior QC or auditing experience is a plus for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Are dependable and are open to working flexible 40 hr per week schedule 7:00 PM-3:00 AM; may vary by needs
• Ability to engage in positive, constructive conversations that foster collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvements
• Proficient with a PC and solid understanding of Microsoft Office apps (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift
• Able to bend, stoop and lift 25-50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of business and technical processes
• Quality control or auditing experience is a plus
• Proficient in English in a business environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of business and technical processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Evaluate production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
• Analyze expenses and related documentation for accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other office applications to document audit findings, create reports and manage data
• Perform research to gather information and support audit conclusions
• Prepare clear, concise and accurate report writings on audit results including recommendations for corrective actions
• Present results reporting to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key findings and potential risks
• Collaborate with various departments to understand existing processes and implement quality control measures
