Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Lead QC Technician to ensure quality during primary and secondary packaging in a cGMP environment. You will inspect products, support quality functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance and enable timely releases.

The role requires GMP knowledge, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. An Associates degree is preferred, plus 2+ years in pharma or a related regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Ensures GMP compliance in all areas of responsibility.
• Familiar with Quality Systems such as Change Control, Deviations, and Documentation Management.
• Experience with packaging processes in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of materials and product in a cGMP setting.
• Review Packaging Electronic Production Orders and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause investigations.
• Maintain documentation and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Communicate issues promptly to leadership and management.
