Job summary

Hydrite is seeking a QC Chemist in Austin, TX to perform quality control analyses of incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials. You will support operations and sales with technical insights and ensure compliance with safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities include data recording, instrument calibration, and maintaining a clean lab while prioritizing tasks to align with production schedules. A Bachelor’s in Chemistry is required, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to transfer information accurately and enter data into the computer system.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC analysis of incoming, manufacturing and outgoing materials with authority to accept, adjust, or reject.
• Record and maintain analysis data clearly and completely.
• Prioritize daily lab activities to meet production schedules.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and prepare solutions.
