Hydrite Chemical Co. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform QC analyses on incoming, in-process, and finished materials and provide technical support to production and sales.

The role operates Sunday–Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a focus on maintaining Hydrite’s Standards of Excellence. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong laboratory analytical skills, clear English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while

Mansioni

• Uphold Hydrite’s Standards of Excellence in quality control across incoming, in-process and finished materials.
• Perform QC analyses with authority to accept, adjust production, or reject materials.
• Maintain accurate, neat, and complete records and lab notebooks.
• Conduct daily laboratory activities to support production requirements.
• Perform instrument maintenance, calibrations, and quality checks; prepare solutions and standardize as needed.
• Assist in addressing customer product complaints through investigation and analysis; suggest corrective action.
• Provide timely technical support to production regarding manufacturing adjustments and quality issues.
• Ensure timely material acceptance/rejection decisions and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
• Communicate laboratory concerns to supervisor; participate in SOP adherence and ongoing improvements.
• Participate in regulatory training (RCRA, health & safety) and undergo related reviews.
• Gen erate, distribute, and file Certificates of Analysis as required.
