ALPLA Group in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support bottle testing, quality checks, and documentation on a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am). This role emphasizes data integrity, problem solving, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 0–1 year of lab testing equipment experience. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment preferred.
• Strong computer basics and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Knows ALPLA bottle terminology.
• Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications.
• Performs routine quality checks and completes equipment verifications.
• Performs line clearance process Quality Systems & Documentation and COA review.
• Understands AQL and sampling plans; participates in RCAs.
• Ensures data integrity and supports continuous improvement.
