Coca-Cola Consolidated in Sandston, VA is seeking a Quality Assurance Sanitizer to sanitize equipment and perform required chemical tests in alignment with QA standards. You will help prevent contamination and may serve as a shift peer leader.

The role requires basic microbial knowledge, adherence to SOPs, and ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with possible weekend shifts and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Perform external and internal CIP sanitation on production lines per QA policies.
• Ensure aseptic techniques for sample collection and adherence to GMP.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of chemical storage, CIP skids, and water treatment areas.
• Record all sanitation activities and chemical concentrations in the LDMS.
