Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Quality Assurance Sanitizer to sanitize equipment per QA standards, perform required chemical tests for cleaning activities, and maintain water treatment equipment.

This role also involves data entry in the LDMS and may serve as a shift peer leader. You will perform CIP sanitation on production lines, ensure GMP compliance, handle chemical storage areas, and support unloading bulk chemical deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 12 months of work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and sanitation best practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs CIP sanitation on production lines following QA policies.
• Maintains aseptic techniques and adheres to GMP regulations.
• Keeps chemical storage, CIP skids, and water treatment areas organized.
• Records sanitation and chemical data in the LDMS system.
