Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Wichita Falls, TX, seeks a PVCO Production Shift Supervisor to lead nightly operations ensuring safe, efficient manufacture of PVCO pipe. You will supervise night crews, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

The role emphasizes safety, accountability, and collaboration with Maintenance and Engineering to implement equipment improvements and optimize changeovers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in PVC/PVCO extrusion operations preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality and output goals.
• Lead and reinforce safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct shift meetings, safety training, inspections and investigations.
• Drive root-cause problem solving using 5-Why and structured tools.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and line performance to optimize efficiency.
• Complete production documentation including shift reports and SAP data.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to the team.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering for equipment improvements.
• Lead changeovers to minimize production disruption.
• Coach, develop and performance-manage team members.
• Support attendance tracking, overtime and disciplinary actions.
