Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings USA in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead PVCO extrusion operations on a 2/2/3 rotation. You’ll drive safe, reliable output, coach a production team, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering on improvements.

The role emphasizes safety, audits, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. You will manage changeovers, monitor KPI trends, and ensure accurate shift reporting and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing/production; PVCO extrusion experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years supervising or leading teams.
• Knowledge of production flow, coordination, and operational performance.
• Experience with SAP, SPC, or similar reporting systems preferred.
• Proficiency with safety practices and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead PVCO line operations during night shifts to drive safe, reliable output and coaching of team members.
• Set tone on nights by staffing, problem-solving at the source, and ensuring the floor is audit-ready.
• Schedule and coordinate changeovers for minimal waste and downtime; optimize parameters in collaboration with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure SAP entries and SPC charts are accurate and timely.
• Foster housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement; participate in supervisor/operations meetings and take on additional duties as needed.
