• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pultrusion dies to support efficient operations.
• Support team development by providing on-the-job training and assisting as a Pultrusion Inspector when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including managing hazardous waste streams.

Highlights of your role

• Perform quality checks throughout the pultrusion process to ensure products meet specifications

Schedule:Day Shift Schedule: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AMWork 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off!!The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay:Pay for Experience if applicable!Base: $21.55 - $23.00/hr DOE.Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr (FRI - SUN)

Night Shift Premium: $3.00/hr

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed processes and uphold quality standards in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or production issues
• Comfort working on a 12-hour shift and performing hands‑on, physical work
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Also want to make sure you have

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to learn and apply pultrusion techniques, including tooling care and material identification
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn in a hands‑on environment
• Dependability and a team‑oriented mindset to support production goals
