Job summary

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place in Williamsburg, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the night shift (7pm–7am). You will provide nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and develop and evaluate patient care plans, while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.

Benefits include medical, dental and vision after 30 days, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, $3,000 per year tuition assistance, daily pay option, and a comprehensive PTO package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (VA or compact state).
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assess physical/behavioral health needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team; ensure accurate documentation.
