• Completion of an accredited nursing program, RN license in Indiana.
• Within 5 years of RN employment, obtain a BSN or certification in your area.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services for the 2N Psychiatry Department as assigned.
• Assess patient needs, initiate, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with clinical and ancillary staff to ensure quality care.
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately within guidelines.
