Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Minimum supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care rounds and ensure staffing plans meet patient needs.
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient status.
• Maintain medication safety and adherence to policies.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with DON/Nurse Manager.
• Promote safe environment of care and regulatory compliance.
