Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – No Weekends

• Provide quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric, behavioral and addictive diagnoses, ensuring their safety and continued care.
• Play a pivotal role in the treatment planning process and in patient and family education.
• Assess patient needs through daily interaction with the patient and other health care providers.
• Develop comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment plans and monitor patient progress toward meeting treatment goals.
• Administer medications safely, accurately, and timely.
• Provide comfort and care in accordance with policies, procedures and nursing protocols.
• Communicate changes in patient status with attending physician.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Georgia Nursing (RN) License or eNLC License from a participating state.
• Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required.
