Job summary

All Care Services, LLC seeks a dependable Evening Property Care Specialist for Kansas City, KS. This full-time night shift runs 8:30 PM–4:00 AM, five days on and two off, with pay at $19.50/hour plus a $3.00/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and operate maintenance equipment.
• Maintain and upkeep company vehicles and grounds.
• Collaborate with team to ensure clean, safe environments for residents and visitors.
