Job summary

Prairie AquaTech in Volga, South Dakota, seeks a Production Technician for the night shift (5 PM–5 AM) to operate milling, cooking, bioreactors, centrifuge, and drying systems. You will collect samples, maintain records, and help with packing and material handling, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently on a fast-paced production line.
