Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a production operator to manufacture and troubleshoot products on a 3x12 schedule (6pm to 6am) at the Bethlehem, PA site.

The role requires a high school diploma and 0.5–2 years of related experience, with on-site attendance and ability to work non-standard hours. Responsibilities include following procedures, operating equipment safely, maintaining records, ensuring quality, and assisting senior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization.
• General application of principles, theories and concepts with applied course of action.
• Basic level shop floor competencies.
• Detailed instructions are normally provided and work is checked regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to manufacture products according to production specifications and schedules.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely according to instructions.
• Monitor output quality and identify/handle faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize rejects.
• Senior positions may oversee a team to meet targets and guide members.
• Orient or guide team members, escalating matters to a supervisor as needed.
