Job summary

Sugaright (Division of CSC Sugar) seeks a Production Technician I for the night shift to perform technical production duties and monitor equipment performance. You will set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data for reporting while upholding product integrity.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, safety, and biosecurity protocols, with forklift operation and sanitation tasks as part of daily duties. English communication at a basic level is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a food manufacturing environment.
• Previous food industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of laboratory testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Work Instruction procedures for the task, including lab testing for conformance to specification and product integrity.
• Coordinate production with Shift Coach to meet production objectives.
• Maintain proper security procedures for biosecurity.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including forklifts, as needed.
• Sample product and perform required testing per Quality instructions.
• Follow GMP and other quality processes.
