Job summary

Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. in South Dakota is seeking a Production Worker for night shifts. Entry-level pay starts at $18.00 per hour with shift differential, and you will be involved in kitting, stocking, and operating basic tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read work orders and blueprints, follow safety rules, and collaborate with teams to meet quotas. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; HS diploma or GED is good.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in team environment

Responsibilities

• May be responsible for the kitting process.
• May maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
• Transport product, parts, and materials by using, forklift, pallet jack, or crane
• Understand and execute work orders provided by VSA’s, VSL’s or VSM’s
• Work supportively with the appropriate departments to meet quotas and goals
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow all shop orders and blueprints
• Able to use basic hand tools and read tape measure
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
