Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Entry Maintenance Team Member in Grand Forks, ND. The role supports troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

You will assist with machine setup, participate in minor fabrication, and maintain CMMS documentation while adhering to GMPs and food safety standards. The position starts at $28.00 per hour with a $0.50 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in CMMS systems.
• Follow safety protocols and uphold GMPs and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
