Job summary

True Manufacturing is hiring part-time Production Team Members to support evening shifts. Roles involve lifting up to 50 pounds, operating presses and large machinery, assembling parts with hand tools, and maintaining safety protocols on a cement floor.

Candidates should be able to stand for four hours, read instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and work well in a team. Overtime may be required at the company's discretion.

Responsibilities

Employees will work a 3.5 hour shift, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM or 4:15 to 7:45 PM). In addition, this position requires use of vibrating and air-powered (pneumatic) tools, sustained overhead lifting activities, prolonged or sustained repetitive grasping and/or gripping with hands, and sustained repetitive bending of the wrists.Team members are required to follow all company safety rules, wear safety glasses, ear plugs and other necessary safety equipment to prevent injuries. Team members are also required to follow all plant/work rules and supervisory instructions.
