Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Abilene, TX, is seeking energetic night-shift Production Technicians for our Bandag plant with over 50 years in operation. Starting at $22.95/hour with progression to $28.14/hour in 24 months and up to $31.66/hour for specialized roles.

Weekly pay, tenure-based increases, and a long-term bonus program enhance long-term earning potential. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment; moving and sorting

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
• Preferred 2 years of employment stability.
• Preferred 1 year manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Other duties as assigned.
