Starting pay is $22.95/hour with progression up to $28.14/hour in 24 months and higher rates for specialized roles, plus shift premiums and attendance bonuses. Weekly pay and long-term bonus programs are offered.

Bandag is a critical piece of Bridgestone dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of premium retread tires.
